Extremely friendly and helpful staff.. All the reception staff spoke English which was a boon. Well located hotel, close to the beach but no great view from the hotel itself... Only a short walk...

The room we booked was brand-new and outstanding with TV including English channels, nice bathroom as described. the location was great and perfect - close to Siqueria Campos metro station, restaurants, and other attractions and Corcovado👍. I have made the positive sentences more engaging and casual while highlighting the elements that made the guest's stay enjoyable.

I did get charged double and the hotel staff did not care and told me to contact Booked.net and my bank. And they charged me even thought after my check out. I find out about the double charge when I landed in the united states.

I truly enjoyed extensive breakfast, nice views.
The hotel was modern, staff were ready to help. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Had standard queen room with wake-up service available in it. The venue's location was very central, to a big police station.

The place was lovely, can recommend. Appreciated every detail about our comfortable 4 nights stay here. Very central location was a plus. The staff were really good and pleasant. Our room was outstanding with wardrobes and TV. All of the staff were ready to help.
